State Bank of Patiala Home Loan – Hi Fi Loan
Purpose - Purchase/Construction of house
Eligibility - Applicable for Home loans upto Rs.5 lacs sanctioned upto 30.11.2009.
Interest rate - fixed at 8% p.a for the first 5 years and thereafter, the rate will be charged at the then applicable Home loan floating rate linked to BPLR.
Prepayment - No prepayment penalty if loan is pre-paid at the time of reset.
SBP Easy Home Loan
Eligibility – Applicable for Home loans upto Rs.50 lacs sanctioned upto 30.11.09.
Interest rate - Fixed at 8% p.a. for first year and 8.50% p.a. for 2nd and 3rd year. Thereafter, the rate will be charged at the then applicable Home loan floating rate linked to BPLR.
Prepayment – No prepayment penalty if loan is pre-paid at the time of reset on 4th year
